Judiët Pienaar
What is your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part of my job is the opportunity to turn chaos into structure and lead teams through challenges.
What lights you up and brings you joy?
What lights me up and brings me joy is the miracle of my two children, my blessed marriage, and the valuable lessons I've learned throughout my life. My faith provides me with strength, guidance, and a sense of purpose in everything I do, bringing me profound joy and fulfillment.
About Judiët:
From a young age, Judiët had a knack for turning chaos into order, starting with her mom's small business filing and personal administration. Her love for balancing debits and credits led her to pursue a BCom in Chartered Accountancy, earning her Honors from North West University, Potchefstroom Campus.
Known for her love of challenges (and her intense boredom when things slow down!), Judiët has navigated roles in diverse industries like Supergroup and Polo Clothing, all while earning her ACMA (CGMA) qualification.
In 2020, seeking a more balanced lifestyle, Judiët and her family relocated to Port Elizabeth, and in 2024 she proudly set up Wildflower Consulting and expanded her team of dynamic women leaders.
Beyond numbers, Judiët’s true passion lies in arming business owners with the insights and tools they need for savvy decision-making. She believes in the magic of organised data and strategic restructuring to drive growth and success. At Wildflower Consulting, she's on a mission to simplify and optimise business operations, making sure her clients feel clear and confident in the financial landscape.
Judiët’s approach blends warmth, empathy, and a touch of fun, always striving to exceed client expectations by turning chaos into clear, actionable solutions. It's this dedication that's made Wildflower Consulting a go-to partner for many satisfied clients.

What lights you up and brings you joy?
Being a mom to her three kids, finding a deal, discovering a good song to dance to, and spending time at the beach.
About Simone:
From the age of 12, Simone aspired to become a Chartered Accountant (CA). Though uncertain about what it entailed in grade 6, her passion only grew stronger over time. A true nerd at heart, she finds immense satisfaction in maintaining clean financial records and believes that accountants are the CSIs of the financial world.
Simone began her academic journey at Stellenbosch University, where she completed her undergraduate degree. She then pursued her honours at Nelson Mandela University before joining Deloitte for her articles.
An avid traveler, Simone participated in the JIT program in Detroit, Michigan, for three months. Afterward, she traveled across various states for two months, even attending a wedding. Her career began at Schnellecke as a financial consultant, eventually becoming the planning manager responsible for the industrial engineering department and later being promoted to engine plant manager.
Simone and her husband took a three-year sabbatical to attend the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in the United States, which has over 2,000 global students. They completed two years of studies and a one-year internship, participating in mission trips to Israel, Los Angeles, and leading a mission to Switzerland.
Between each school year at Bethel, Simone took on short-term contracts at Aspen, Schnellecke, and taught English in Korea for six weeks. She also worked for Coca-Cola on a short-term contract for eight months before going on maternity leave.
Upon returning, Simone spent five years in the renewable energy sector and continues to retain these clients under the Wildflower Consulting’s umbrella.

Senior Project Accountant | CA (SA)
Liesel Williams
What is your favourite part of the job?
Although tax and all its complexities have always intrigued me, my favourite part of the job is definitely the preparation of financial statements. I love the process of gathering all the information, resolving reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and ultimately producing a final product that can be used for a wide range of purposes.
What lights you up and brings you joy?
Without a doubt, my family—my three kids and my husband of 11 years—brings me the most joy. I am very much a family person, and while having three kids keeps me on my toes, they are undoubtedly the reason behind who I am and why I am.
About Liesel:
Liesel was born and raised in Zimbabwe, where her love for math and accounting subjects sparked her ambition to enter the accounting and finance industry from a young age. She completed her A levels in Zimbabwe in 2004 and moved to Port Elizabeth with her identical twin sister to pursue a Chartered Accountant degree. Liesel earned her BCom degree from Nelson Mandela University in 2007 and her BCom Honours Degree in 2008.
Liesel began her professional journey at Deloitte, completing her three-year articles and passing both board exams. During her articles, she gained valuable international exposure to the motor industry while working primarily with General Motors. Deloitte was also where she met her husband, and together they had the opportunity to work in Dubai for three months through Deloitte's JIT program.
Upon returning to Port Elizabeth, Liesel joined Greenacres Accounting Services in 2012, where she specialised in preparing financial statements and income tax returns for both companies and individuals. She managed a portfolio of 15-20 companies and 135-150 individual clients and led a team of three staff members. Liesel qualified as a tax practitioner and regularly liaised with SARS to resolve client matters. Over her ten-year tenure, she advanced to the position of Director, managing a team of five.
After the birth of her third child, Liesel decided to take a break to focus on her family. She returned to work in 2023 with PWC as a financial statement specialist, where she deepened her expertise in financial statement preparation and compliance with accounting standards.
Liesel joined Wildflower Consulting in February 2024 and has enjoyed every moment of it. The intimate approach of Wildflower Consulting with their clients has allowed her to fully understand their operations and bring her extensive knowledge in financial statement preparation to benefit Wildflower Consulting’s clients. Outside of work, Liesel finds joy in her family, including her three children and her husband of 11 years. She describes herself as a dedicated family person, attributing her identity and motivation to her role as a parent and spouse.
